REMOTE CONNECTIVITY TO TIRE DEALERS

Nashua, NH and Sunnyvale, CA, September 19,

- ASA Tire Systems, a leading provider of IT systems for
independent tire dealers in North America, and SonicWALL, Inc.,
a leading provider of comprehensive Internet security solutions,
today announced a reseller agreement to bring SonicWALL integrated
Internet security solutions to tire retailers throughout the United
States. Available immediately, ASA Tire Systems will offer its customers
SonicWALL's complete line of integrated security solutions, bringing
secure remote connectivity to hundreds of tire dealers with widely
distributed networks.

The relationship with SonicWALL enables users
of ASA Tire Systems' TireMax and TirePro products to securely connect
their locations over high-speed Internet connections using cost-effective,
high-performance Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). ASA Tire Systems
deploys SonicWALL firewall appliances for the highest level of network
security and reliability.

and point-to-point leased line technology to connect their locations;
some are even using cumbersome dial-up connections," said David
