ASA’s 2014 InfoExpo Conference Joins Forces with the Friedman Group

ASA Automotive Systems, the industry leader in providing software systems and services to independent tire dealers and automotive service centers, announced today that registration is now open for their 2014 InfoExpo User Conference.  The event, now in its 17th year, will take place at Hyatt Regency Austin in Austin, Texas July 27-29, 2014.

Projected to attract some of the nation’s top tire dealers, ASA’s InfoExpo event is a blend of business sessions and social networking events that bring together ASA customers, partners, product, and industry experts in an exclusive setting.  As part of the Friedman Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU), ASA will be joining forces with the Friedman User Group Conference and share the downtown Hyatt Regency Austin venue.  The combined conference will give everyone greater exposure to a broader product, industry and technology agenda.

Conference Highlights

Conference Sessions:  User group meetings, industry best practices, technology tips and tricks, details about new and upgraded software offerings from ASA, and live demonstrations of ASA’s new 4th generation Cloud-based software product, TireMasterG4.

Opening Keynote Speaker:  Ross Shafer
Ross Shafer is a six-time Emmy Award-winning comedian, writer and TV host who, in 1994, turned his energies and enthusiasm toward the corporate and association world. As a lifelong student of human behavior, Ross has written and produced fourteen human resource training films on customer service, motivation, and leadership.

Exhibits:  Featuring select ASA technology partners that deliver complementary solutions to empower tire dealers to maximize their profits, streamline operations, and provide superb customer service.

Special Events:  The conference will also include distinctive social and networking events at the Hyatt Regency Austin venue, as well as two downtown Austin hotspots, Buffalo Billiards and Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar.

“The user focus groups exemplify ASA’s InfoExpo conference because that’s truly what this annual event is about.  It’s about connecting with our clients, creating a sense of community, in an environment where we can freely share ideas and learn from one another, and keep ASA’s software at the forefront of the tire industry’s ever-changing needs,” said Ken Halle, president of ASA Automotive Systems.  “We are also excited to be a part of the larger Friedman Group, to give our customers exposure to other product offerings, and to network with other Friedman customers and share technology best practices.”

ASA continues to stand out from the competition by providing this unique conference experience for its customers to engage and exchange ideas with professional peers, and receive benefits year-round.
