16th Annual ASA InfoExpo Conference a Major Success

On September 25th ASA Automotive Systems, the industry leader in providing software systems and services to independent tire dealers, concluded its 16th annual InfoExpo client conference, at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. The attendance at the 2013 conference broke last year’s record, making it the largest and most successful InfoExpo conference to date. On display at InfoExpo 2013 was the innovation and momentum that is becoming strongly associated with ASA.

The five-day event drew more than 150 attendees, representing more than 800 tire dealer locations. InfoExpo 2013 provided 30 informative sessions, 12 partner exhibits, and many special networking and social events. Equally impressive were the caliber of speakers that participated delivering educational and entertaining expert sessions, including a keynote address from Wade Gatlin, Nashville-based Bridgestone VP, a health care reform update by Alicia Gibson from the IXG Consulting Group, and industry best practices for creating effective employees provided by Matt Winslow of the Automotive Training Institute.

Other conference highlights included the roll-out details and live demonstrations of ASA’s new 4th generation Cloud-based software product, TireMasterG4, user group meetings, technology tips and tricks, and a half day of advanced user training, giving the attendees a lot of take-home value. ASA continues to stand out from the competition by providing this unique experience for its customers to engage and exchange ideas with professional peers, and receive benefits year-round.

Throughout the event, ASA executives participated in active discussions with clients about new software, functionality and leading technology planned for the year ahead. “One of our priorities is to continue investing to maintain our technology edge,” said Scott Hopkins, VP of Operations at ASA Automotive Systems. Hopkins also shared the company’s customer-focused strategy, as a roadmap for maintaining and growing the company’s leadership position.

At the InfoExpo conference closing session, ASA recognized Brahler's Truckers Supply of Jacksonville, Illinois as the Dealer of the Year (DOTY) award winner, in recognition of their foresight in utilizing technology to improve the level of service they can provide to their customers now and in the future. Mike Coates and Rita Williams accepted the DOTY award on behalf of Brahler's.

“We thank all of the attendees and the speakers for taking part at this year’s InfoExpo conference,” remarked Ken Halle, President of ASA Automotive Systems. “ASA understands that the driving force behind the value and ongoing success of our software is our customers and their contributions. We strive to highlight the importance of collaboration and at our annual user conference empower our customers with an opportunity to network and learn from each other. In turn, hearing what our clients have to say is invaluable to us as we continually strive to understand their needs and ensure that our software products continue to deliver high value.”
