ASA Automotive Systems, the industry leader in providing software systems and services to independent tire dealers, has announced additions to its corporate management team and support staff to enhance customer successes.
ASA is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Talboys as the Director of Customer Service and James Spires as the Technology Services Manager. Talboys comes to ASA with more than 40 years of accumulated experience in various roles including support analyst, trainer, vice president of operations, and most recently the professional services manager for a global company specializing in financial and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Spires, an ex-marine, has been a technical consultant to high-visibility clients, including Fidelity, Tyco International, Boston Beer, and Nike Bauer. Before joining ASA, Spires was the IT Director for PixelMEDIA, Inc., the largest web design agency in New England.
In addition, ASA has added Trifana Argue, with more than 30 years in the tire and automotive industry, to its customer support team as an Implementation and Training Consultant, Val Murphy, with more than 12 years in the automotive industry, as a Support Analyst, and Laura Halle as a Support Dispatcher/Project Coordinator.
