## OMNI DVI (Digital Vehicle Inspection)
AI-powered digital vehicle inspection software with three surfaces:
- Technician mobile app: photograph the plate or VIN to identify the vehicle; capture traffic-light, measurement, checkbox, text and date results; attach photos and video; AI knowledge hints; hand off to another technician or the estimate.
- Advisor web console: drag-and-drop inspection template builder, note/recommendation catalog, inspection lists, export to Excel and PDF.
- Customer report: items grouped by severity with parts/labor pricing and photo/video proof; customers approve or decline each line from their phone.

## OMNI Check-In
Advisor-run, tablet-based 6-step check-in wizard: verify details, review service with optional add-ons, run a DVI inspection, set pickup and notes, accept terms and capture a digital signature, confirm. Includes live appointment locking. AI features are off during Check-In.
