ASA Tire Systems Announces Staffing Changes

NASHUA, NH (October 5, 2009) - ASA Tire Systems announced today some internal staffing changes. ASA prides itself in promoting from within and in the combined tenure and experience of its staff, as nearly half of all ASA employees have worked for the business for over 10 years.

Russ Johnson, with over 25 years of seniority at ASA, will be retiring from his full-time duties. Clients and employees alike agree that it has been a pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with Russ over these past twenty-five years. Many had an opportunity to "formally" say goodbye to Russ as staff and clients roasted him at the 12th annual ASA client conference, InfoExpo, in Newport Beach, CA in September.

Jeff Manseau has been promoted to TireMax Product Manager, a new position, due in part to Russ Johnson's retirement. Jeff will assume all the duties and responsibilities related to managing the TireMax customers and product, an important role as the TireMax customers continue to be a key element of the ASA family. Jeff has played an important role as the Customer Support Manager; he's done a commendable job and is looking forward to the challenges in his new position.

Cindy Reynolds is moving into a new role to become the TreadX/TirePro Support Supervisor. Cindy currently plays an important role within the support department as Support, Implementation and Training Analyst. Cindy will be relocating from her home office in Arizona to the NH headquarters. Cindy will assume all the duties and responsibilities related to managing the TreadX/TirePro customers from a customer support standpoint, as well as maintaining her current duties of implementation and training.

Erik Croswell is moving to Account Management. Erik has been with ASA for 10 years working in the Marketing Department and will now be an account manager responsible for the following territory: AZ, D.C., DE, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, NE, OH, ON, SD, TN, VA, WV, WI, and WY. He views himself as an extension of ASA customers businesses and is looking forward to expanding his role into a new department and using his industry and sales/marketing experience to help you grow your businesses. Erik's creativity over the years in establishing marketing campaigns and professional websites will be big shoes to fill.

Sky Souza has been promoted to Marketing Manager. Sky has worked at ASA for over four years and is looking forward to expanding her role and responsibilities by taking charge of the Marketing Department. She has been responsible for all our marketing plans, trade show management, working with the Trade Publications and in-house Sales lead tracking systems. Her new duties will be met with the same energy level that she has demonstrated over the years.
