ASA Account Management Intensifies its Focus on Customer Service

NASHUA, NH (February 14, 2006) — ASA Tire Systems, the leading software provider for the tire industry, announced today the addition of Brian Perry to its sales team.>

As a result of rapid growth in ASA Tire Systems’ customer base, ASA will increase their account management group this year and increase the level of service it provides to their existing customers.  It is ASA’s belief that this will allow each customer to experience a significantly higher level of personalized service with a commensurate decrease in response time; ensuring that each customer continues to receive the high level of service expected from ASA Tire Systems.>

In his role, Brian Perry will expand the ASA Tire Systems sales team as an additional Account Manager, serving eight states and two Canadian provinces.  Brian has spent the past 10 years as an independent business owner.  Prior to that, he was involved in sales to large retailers in the food industry.  Brian’s experience as a business owner will serve the tire industry well.  He understands the pressures of owning a business, finding ways to increase profitability, customer retention, and employee retention concerns. >
