As each new tire is delivered off the manufacturer’s truck it’s instantly scanned and immediately logged into your inventory. Seconds after arriving, that tire is now a part of your inventory, recognizable to anyone using your ASA system at any location as being in stock and for sale.
Throughout the course of a single day, as tires come in from manufacturers and tires are pulled and sent back out to any of your locations to be purchased and placed on a customer’s vehicle, your inventory will remain constantly updated with the exact count of how many tires you have, in how many sizes and specialties, and at wholesale and retail prices. You’ll have a crystal-clear picture of your EXACT inventory at any given moment.
During the course of a single day, it’s possible a single set of tires can be logged in as received, sold and installed on a customer’s vehicle later the same day, had an invoice generated and presented to the customer for payment, and an order placed by the system with the manufacturer to restock the tire during the very next day’s delivery.
