ASA Announces Executive Leadership Changes
ASA Automotive Systems, the industry leader in software for independent tire and auto service dealers, announced executive leadership changes to scale the company for sustained organic and acquisitive growth.
Marc Belanski, President of ASA Automotive Systems, is now the Portfolio Manager – Automotive at FOG Software Group, ASA’s parent company. In this role, Marc will oversee ASA Automotive Systems, Pace Software, and Megabus, specifically assisting the General Managers with the organic growth of these companies. Additionally, Marc will also lead the mergers and acquisition activity to continue to grow the automotive vertical at FOG Software Group.
Dave Vogel, currently Executive Vice President of ASA will advance to the role of General Manager. Dave will be leading all business operations of ASA expanding on his prior role of managing the TireMaster product line, sales, and marketing. He will report to Marc Belanski.

Marc Belanski has a diverse background in the automotive industry that encompasses product development, manufacturing, brand marketing, and sales. Under Marc’s leadership, FOG Software and ASA Automotive continued toward their growth goals in the Tire and Automotive industry sector with the acquisition of Pace Software last year. “Stay tuned for more exciting announcements to come over this year,” Marc added.
Dave Vogel has been with ASA Automotive Systems for 16 years, gaining valuable experience in all facets of the company’s operations. Prior to joining ASA, he spent nine years with Goodyear Corp. and six years with an independent, 44-location business in the northwest.
